Investment in Rollout vs R&D.

If we spend 200 M as a whole on Solar, 10% should goto Stage 1 Integration + Rollout , and 90% of budget to funding and fast tracking research meant to get the Efficiency and Cost to a set % , before moving on to 15% stage.

This is where then move on to put 15% of funding to Roll out, where we would actually net say 25% more efficient panels at say 15% less initial cost , and therefore as we keep hitting milestones, we then increase our spend on roll out to then require less funding in R&D.

End goal is to find a happy medium of adoption , and therefore private sector investment and market while promoting the early use of Solar to allow smaller labs to then test and improve on current models.

Each stage would foster another bench mark.

The end goal would be to have the Solar Power capacity , to make Nuclear / Wind / Kinetic Ocean and other Green energy sources , cost 0 to implement in ENERGY costs.

This would then promote ability to research alternative methods to Power Storage or Fuel Cells that are gain , renewable as based off SOLAR.

Solar to some degree needs to be a mix of Personal Use ( Homes ) , Mixed Use ( Communities / Small Cities ) and Grid Use ( Private / Public Companies ) for resale as we build new or more efficient grids around set standards or smaller needs.

Excess heat and Waste should also be made to end goal use at Warming Steam Pipes or other Conduits to allow for Steam or Water Condensers down the line that allow us to run Salt Water + Other Coolants through pipes for the effect of OSMOSIS / De-Salination of water -> Irrigation in areas in need of Replenishing Aquifers and Lakes etc.

Work in Process / Stream of Thought to develop new ideas for Tomorrow that are usable , take advantage of current Government Spending, while balancing the need for Private Sector and Capitalism ( Walking across the aisle for Solutions as our Political Fat Cats call it )

1-2 Year Foreclosure Holiday on Qualified Mortgages.

Underwritten by a recovery asset JV that has key founders. No sub prime scams , just honest people getting back in homes, taxes collected and economy gets going.

Also the allotment of homes can be simplified by Regional / Class / Value metrics of houses that allow us to take Banks and assign them properties more representative of the region where they could or would have written out mortgages and loans. IE : Florida banks would be assigned primarily houses in the FL area. A big part of the problem is no one knows who owns what house.

Large %s of houses are affected by the need to Foreclose without a real sense of who is the Foreclosing Party, and therefore who would you talk to about your home or solutions ? Paper work is getting lost , and people are still losing homes.

A progressive plan like this could also work in Arrears on past issues if requirements are met.

Take a while to piece out what % of what each bank owns.

he might be to old by then , but Ron Paul should pull a Reverse Reagan, head to the Democratic party, the GOP def left this guy. Re-align slightly with some current Democratic Party Policies, but more Centrist similar to Obama now. If Obama get’s re-elected this could all be in place to have a NOMINATION done , one massive campaign push … and some Sensible Middle Ground :)

Country / Region based specific Content controls / restrictions are draconian. Based on a non-instant delivery method that had to PRODUCED for each Consumer, rather then COPIED to each Consumer, which is the essence of online distribution.

However, this is not out of any socially deriven policy, this is purely financially motivated, and aimed and winning one for the gipper, the US. We already produce the best possible content there is. UK studios among others are catching up, and this is a problem. We’re letting piracy do our own work, and it may or may not cost us, but it certainly isn’t gaining us what we can on our own.

Scrap the old books based distribution and rights agreements. Use itunes / netflix / youtube ( hulu goes to itunes ) and pump out affordable streams to everyone same day. Honestly we should be doing this on about Day 21 of any movie release sub “HIT Threshold” and 45 days after “HIT Thresholds, BlockBusters”.

We could use this as taxable trade exports, and then start cornering global markets by levying our Distribution platforms, in return having more of our Marketable Goods consumed by those countries.

We also can use this as a central point of influence, which with more likely net us a new round of global conquest, this time of influence and culture and progress. When your the highlight of ever countries TV and Movies, you’re shaping lives.

Someone has to start thinking big, thinking smart, thinking different to get America back on the fast track.

If America ran like Big Business, first step would be a Big Restructure, and no CEO type will argue that.
